AEGIS
Sovereign Intelligence Kernel
The data exists. It always did — in spreadsheets, PDFs, legacy exports, evaluation reports, financial records. The problem was never a lack of information. It was the absence of structure: no way to search it semantically, no way to surface what matters, no way to connect a decision to the evidence that produced it.
AEGIS is a sovereign intelligence kernel that turns data disorder into accountable decisions. Ingest legacy data as it actually exists. Search by meaning, not filename. Run policy-constrained assessments that score evidence quality and surface what delivers results. Build a living system of record — a queryable digital twin of your organization's knowledge — where every conclusion is traceable and every decision is replayable. Modular, air-gap ready, and configurable for any domain.
What AEGIS Does
Four capabilities for any organization that has the data but not the insight.
Signal in Noise
Your data already contains the answers. AEGIS indexes everything semantically and retrieves what matters in seconds — across formats, across years, across departments. The question stops being 'do we have the data' and becomes 'what does it tell us.'
Impact at a Glance
Which projects deliver results and which absorb budget with no verifiable output? AEGIS runs structured assessments across your portfolio, scores evidence quality against policy, and surfaces what works. For any organization under pressure to demonstrate value, this replaces assumption with evidence.
A Living System of Record
Every document ingested, every decision logged, every pattern the system learns becomes a permanent, queryable asset. Ask what happened in a case three years ago. Ask which cases match a pattern. Brief a new team in minutes. The knowledge that used to leave with departing staff stays.
Sovereign and Configurable
The kernel is domain-agnostic. What constitutes risk, what to look for, how to score — all configured through loadable Cartridges. Deploy for compliance auditing, procurement oversight, programme evaluation, or regulatory enforcement. Same infrastructure, same accountability, different policy.
How We Work With You
Your process becomes outcomes.
Map your data
We work with your organization to map the data you have — where it lives, what formats it's in, what it represents — and build the system of record. No clean schema required. We ingest what exists.
Define signals
Success signals, failure signals, neutral. What does good look like? What does risk look like? We encode your institutional knowledge into weighted precedents the system can search and apply.
Define outcomes
What decisions do you need to make? What questions must the system answer? We configure the cartridge to your domain — compliance, evaluation, procurement, oversight — so the output matches what you actually need.
Deploy, test, refine
We deploy, run real cases, and refine until the system delivers. Alignment scores, evidence quality, and human review loops ensure the output is trustworthy before you rely on it.
Technical Capabilities
Built for treaty compliance bodies, foreign aid oversight agencies, procurement auditors, and any institution that must answer: "Why did we act? On what evidence? Under which policy?"
Ingest legacy data as it exists
Spreadsheets with inconsistent columns. Scanned PDFs. XML exports from 15-year-old systems. Email threads. AEGIS ingests all of it — no clean schema required. Files are chunked and semantically indexed as they exist; structure is recovered at query time, not before. Your backlog is not a problem to solve before AEGIS can work — it is the first thing AEGIS works on.
Build institutional memory that stays
Every assessment, every decision, every pattern the system recognises is encoded as a Signal Anchor — a versioned, labelled precedent that improves future assessments. The institutional knowledge that used to walk out the door with departing analysts becomes a permanent, searchable asset. AEGIS does not retrain a model; it accumulates structured, human-verified experience.
Evidence before opinion
Wherever a conclusion can be computed deterministically — financial reconciliation, quantity matching, registry lookup — it is. AI reasoning explains those findings and handles ambiguity; it does not replace hard computation. Every verdict carries an alignment score showing how well-grounded it is in retrieved evidence. Decisions below threshold are held for human review.
Human decision, machine preparation
AEGIS does not replace human judgment — it forces all the preparation to be visible and auditable before a human signs off. Analysts can trigger assessments; Deciders approve, override, or escalate. Agents can pause and ask for guidance when they encounter ambiguity. The human stays accountable. The machine ensures nothing is missed.
Every decision is replayable
Every assessment produces a ContextManifest — an immutable record of exactly what the system saw, what policy was active, what evidence was retrieved, and what the alignment score was. When a Decider signs off, a DecisionReceipt binds their identity to the outcome. Years later, under audit or litigation, you can open AEGIS and show exactly what happened.
Sovereign. No cloud dependency.
AEGIS is built to operate without internet access. No data leaves the institution's perimeter. Deployable in classified, disconnected, or politically sensitive environments via Docker on physical media. Role-based access and clearance labels ensure that restricted data is never visible to users without the right authorisation — even via manually constructed API calls.
